Greetings, the spring Duathlon is on Saturday May 6th.
You can do the short course or the long course or both.

Anyone can do it. Start with the short course this year.

If you are planning on attending please register ASAP. Knowing the numbers ahead of time is needed for reserving bike racks, purchasing enough food etc.

We will need a few volunteers. If you want to volunteer fill out the registration form. If you are only doing one of the short and long course and can volunteer for the race you are not doing, please register as a volunteer as well.
