Bike/Duathlon Training

  • Monday Night Duathlon - St. Andrew's West School - 6PM SHARP.
    Last Monday in April to the last Monday in September.
    There are two routes: 1K Run + 10K Bike + 2K Run -or- 2K Run + 15K Bike + 4K Run.
    Helmets are mandatory on the bike, but optional on the run.
    This is a great workout, and a good social event too. All skill levels are welcome. You must be a member to participate.

Group Runs

  • Tuesday 5:15pm - Aquatic Centre
  • Thursday 5:15pm - Aquatic Centre
  • Saturday 9:00am - Aquatic Centre
  • Check the Message Board

Swim Training

  • Open Water Swimming - L'Heritage High School - 5PM Friday evenings
    Last Friday in June to 2nd Friday In September
    There are usually 8 buoys set up multiple distance loops. Swim east (out) between shore and the buoys. Swim west (back) between the two sets of buoys closer to the outer set of buoys.

    Swimming is still at your own risk, there are no life guards.

*Membership is required prior to any bike or open water swim related training.
