2010 CMC Kids Day
Saturday May 29th - Lamoureux Park Bandshell: FREE for ALL Kids 16 & Under!
FREE Aquatic Centre swim for kids and parents between noon and 1pm
Note to parents: You will be finished well in advance of the start times for the Ottawa Runs (4pm for 2K, 5pm for 5K and 6:30 for 10K)

Club Members will be helping out during each run, and will help PACE the kids properly! If a child is not able to run the suggested distance, they are welcome to choose a shorter race :-).
Each participant will receive a medal. Special Awards will be given to first place boy and girl based on Age-groupings.
