The course has little to no traffic on the Long Sault Parkway.

 $15 for Individuals and Relay Teams.
(Must register before Sept. 22)
Race Day - $20.00

APRÈS RACE
Lots of prizes and snacks. $50 cash if the male or female winner breaks the record.

DIRECTIONS
From Hwy 401, take exit 778. Travel south on Moulienette Rd. to Long Sault. Continue through lights at intersection onto Long Sault Parkway. Continue on Parkway to registraton booth on top of hill.
