Race Day - $10.00
APRÈS RACE
Prizes (top 3 M/F and Top Relay Team) and
snacks. $50 cash if the
male and/or female winner
breaks their gender
course record in the Long Du (2-15-4) event.
DIRECTIONS
From Hwy 401, take exit 778. Travel south on Moulienette Rd. to Long Sault. Continue through lights at intersection onto Long Sault Parkway. Continue on Parkway to registraton booth on top of hill.

1 KM and 2 KM runs will be out and back.
4 KM run will be full loop.

15 KM bike is out and back.
10 KM bike is 5 km out and back.
