Thanks you. I am running in Avonmore soon (*Run to get it Done) and in a kilt (*Perth Kilt run) the day after. I like to run. I don't ride a bike well. so I do not know about the Tri. (*I'm still trying to convince him.)

Hi Ewan (and mom) if you want help with your bike riding, I'll be happy to go out with you (and your mom). I'm doing a big moutain bike race out in Colorado this summer so doing an extra ride with you and your mom would help me out!
