Triathlon Fundamentals Swim Clinic - November 7 - December 12: 6 sessions, Tuesday 8:30-9:30pm
This clinic will focus on the core foundation pieces to get you more efficient and comfortable in the water. The ideal participant is able to swim 50m without stopping but might not be comfortable swimming further, faster or swimming efficiently. Above water video analysis will be provided. Swimmers will receive a 1 hour coached session plus a structured workout to do on their own each week. This class will be limited to only 6 swimmers.
Cost for all 6 sessions = 100$ (+ HST)
Location: Cornwall Aquatic Centre

Advanced Triathlon Swim Clinic - November 9 - December 14: 6 sessions, Thursday 8:30-9:30pm
This clinic will focus on building power and improving technique required for a faster freestyle. Focus will be on developing a stronger stroke, efficient breathing and proper kicking. Each sessions will include drills to improve technique as well as endurance and speed sets. Swimmers should be able to swim at least 100m freestyle without stopping. Above and under water video analysis will be provided. Swimmers will receive 1 hour coached session plus a structured workout to do on their own each week.
Cost for all 6 sessions = 100$ (+ HST)
