Canada Day training
Canada Day Olympic Triathlon Training!
Come join me (and Sandra) Canada day morning for a swim, bike and a run.
Swim start - 8 a.m. - Heritage -- the usual spot (gate is open btw)
Transition in the parking lot.
Bike - 9 a.m. ish --- 40 km - we could break up into smaller groups!
Run - 10 km

Bring your own liquids and nutrition.
Hope to see you there for all of it or part of it
