ATTN: Early morning runners
These questions are for early morning runners. My schedule and workload is only making it conducive to run in the morning if I'm going to make any progress. Here are my questions:

1. What time do you run in the morning?
2. Followup: If it's 4 a.m. or 5 a.m., I'm assuming that, to get enough sleep, you are going to bed around 8-9 p.m. forgoing prime-time TV or mid-evening events. Would that be a fair assessment?
3. Do you eat anything before your morning run? What? How soon before you run? Or do you run on an empty stomach?
4. I assume that given the time in the morning and work beginning either at 8:30 a.m. or 9 a.m., it's only conducive to shorter training runs, leaving the "long run" to the weekend. Would that be a correct assessment?

I thank you in advance for your help.
