Friday June 03, 18h30. Water temperature at the start buoys at Heritage measured at 16.1C. Had a good swim in, back and forth a few times to the first offshore buoys (about 25 min in the water). Not for beginners. Obviously took time to acclimatize for a good 5 minutes. Long sleeve wetsuit, double swim caps and that was it. Oh yes, you will get the HR up not even swimming. After I got comfortable, I had a great swim. Will repeat tomorrow, Saturday at 10h00 if anyone is interested.
