New Swim and Triathlon Race Clinic from Unleash the Beast MC
Hi Everyone, Check out the new clinics from Unleash the Beast Multisport Coaching:
Advanced Triathlon Swim Clinic
May 10 - June 14th, 6 sessions, Tuesday 8:30-9:30pm
This clinic will focus on building speed and improving technique required for a faster freestyle including balance, power, efficient breathing and proper kicking. Each session will include drills to improve technique as well as a endurance and speed sets. Swimmers should be able to swim at least 100m freestyle without stopping. Above and under water video analysis will be provided. Swimmers will receive 1 hour coached session plus a structured workout to do on their own each week.
Cost for all 6 sessions = 100$ (including HST) Location: Cornwall Aquatic Centre Pre registration is required. Maximum 12 athletes.
Triathlon Fundamentals Swim Clinic
May 12 - June 16th, 6 sessions, Thursday 8:30-9:30pm
This clinic focusses on the core foundation pieces to get you more efficient and comfortable in the water. The ideal participant is able to swim 50m without stopping but might not be comfortable swimming further or swimming efficiently. This clinic will work on specific aspects of freestyle including balance, stroke, breathing and kicking.
Cost for all 6 sessions = 100$ (including HST) Location: Cornwall Aquatic Centre Pre registration is required. Maximum 12 athletes.
Full Day Triathlon Race Clinic
Sunday May 15th, 8am - 4pm
Planning on doing your first triathlon this year or do you want to get faster and more efficient in your races? This clinic is for you. Join me for a full day of everything triathlon! We will cover all key aspects of racing triathlons and duathlons to help you achieve your goals this summer. This one day clinic will cover:
Basics of training and nutrition
Overview and care of equipment
Swim Technique (in pool)
Bike Skills (weather permitting)
Run Technique
Race Preparation
Transition Practice
Location: to be announced Pre registration is required. Maximum 15 participants. Cost of the clinic is $100+HST
