Strength and Flexibility Sessions
A new session of my Strength and Flexibility Training starts up next week. Perfect timing to help keep the weight down over Xmas and get stronger at the same time. Check it out!

Winter is the perfect time to focus on getting stronger, tougher and more flexible. All this work will translate into more speed and power in your races come the spring.
The next session of Beast in the Cave will start on Tuesday Dec 15 and run until Thursday February 4th (excluding Dec 24, 28 and 31). Perfect timing to work off that holiday treats and indulgences!!! These strength, flexibility and cardio sessions will run every Tuesday and Thursday morning from 6-7am at the St Lawrence College gym. These are amazing sessions that will increase your strength and power on the bike and run and make significant differences in your core strength.
Pre-registration is required - participation is limited to 10 people.
