So, you've been working hard all summer, it's time to put your training to the test . . . register NOW for our annual Labour Day Chase, taking place THIS Monday at Grey's Creek. This is an gender/age neutrality event that gives you a friendly opportunity to lick the bejeebers out of your fellow club member (possibly friend??) whose times have been annoying you. ;-)

On the line are not only bragging rights, but . . . drum roll . . . our 2nd annual Golden Shoe Award to the overall winner, plus some Lindor chocolate treats.

A special call-out goes to our Learn to Run participants who are welcomed to come cheer on club members and partake of the treats post-race, or to try their hand at the Chase with their walk-run training.

Everyone interested in participating as a runner and/or walk-runner is encouraged to please register in advance, if possible, to help expedite race day fun.
