UTB Transition & Bike Skills Clinics
Hi everyone, here are some new clinics being offered over the next two weeks. I�m offering both a condensed bike skills clinic as well as a transition clinic both timed to help people who are doing the Cornwall Triathlon. Check it out!
Condensed Fundamental Bike Skills Clinic
Friday August 14th, 6-8pm
Looking to gain more confidence on the bike and fine tune your bike handling skills? Then this clinic is for you. Join me for this condensed 2 hour session learning the fundamentals of bike handling in a safe environment.
The clinic will cover: effective braking, straight line riding, cornering, drinking while riding and holding a straight line, shoulder checking while holding a straight line. No pre-requiste required. This clinic is perfect for both new riders who want to be more confident on their bike as well as experienced riders who want to touch up on their skills.
Cost is $30 (HST included)
Must be over the age of 14. All participants must bring their own bike (sorry no e-bikes allowed), helmet, gloves, closed toed shoes, sunglasses (or prescription glasses).

Triathlon Transition Clinic
Thursday August 13th, 5:30 - 8pm
Come out and perfect your T-Zone preparation and execution! Learn how to set up your bike and equipment for a quick, smooth transition from swim to bike and bike to run. Join me for a T-Zone Clinic on Thursday August 13th - perfect timing for the Cornwall Triathlon. I will have a T-zone all set up where we will talk about what equipment is needed, what isn't needed and how to set up your T-Zone effectively. You will also get lots of time to practice!
Pre-registration is required. Participation is limited to 12 bikes. Participants must bring all equipment used for racing including swimming gear (yes you will be in the water), run gear and all your cycling gear including your bike and helmet.
Cost of the session is $30 (HST Included).
